Emma Winchester

Emma Winchester serves on staff at Spirit & Truth, a church renewal and equipping ministry. She travels with the ministry as a preacher and coordinates administrative needs. Emma recently graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in Biblical Studies and will soon begin a Master of Divinity degree. She currently resides in Dayton, OH.

She will be sharing “Call to Holiness and Prayer”.

Dr. Luther Oconer

Dr. Luther Oconer is an Associate Professor of Global Wesleyan Theology at Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky, where he specializes in Wesleyan/Methodist history, theology, and Christian renewal movements. He also serves as the Conference Superintendent of the Mega Manila Annual Conference of the Global Methodist Church. Formerly a telecommunications engineer in Manila, Luther answered God’s call to full-time pastoral ministry in 1997. Since then, he has developed a deep passion for revival, teaching on the work of the Holy Spirit in churches across the U. S. and internationally, including the Philippines. He is married to Marion for 24 years, and they are blessed with two children.

He will be sharing “Spirit-filled Living and Ministry”.

Dr. David F. Watson

David F. Watson serves as Academic Dean and Professor of New Testament at United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. He is also Lead Editor of Firebrand and one of the hosts of the Firebrand Podcast.He is married with three kids. You can find more of his writing at davidfwatson3.substack.com

Rev. Heather Sims, MDiv

Rev. Heather Sims, MDiv is the Senior Pastor at Christ Church Methodist in The Woodlands, Texas.  She holds degrees from Texas Tech University and Asbury Theological Seminary and has served in various ministry roles within the Northwest Texas, Texas Annual Conferences, and now the Eastern Texas Conference of the Global Methodist Church.

As a pastor, Heather is known for her love of people and passion for God’s offer of abundant life.  The challenge of inviting people into God’s presence is what wakes her up every morning.  If you can’t find her, she’s probably catching up with a friend over a cup of coffee, enjoying her golden retrievers, or planning the next adventure with her family.

Heather and her husband, Jon have three sons: Noah, Daniel, and Michael.

Rev. Wendy Mohler-Seib

Wendy Mohler-Seib is an Assistant Professor of Theology at Friends University and an Elder in the Global Methodist Church. She holds a Ph.D. in Religion from the University of Manchester, along with degrees from Princeton Theological Seminary and Southwestern College. With over 25 years in ministry roles, Wendy focuses on spiritually forming youth in the Wesleyan tradition. Her research connects the Early Methodist movement with modern youth ministry practices. Wendy lives in Rose Hill, KS, with her husband Chris and their three children and enjoys watercolor, board games, walks, and supporting the KC Chiefs.

Rachel Tiller

Rachel Tiller is a junior at Friends University in Wichita, KS, studying Christian Spiritual Formation and Christian Formation in Ministry. Her faith has always been central to her identity, and she feels a growing call to deepen her understanding of the Bible and humanity’s role in God’s creation. Rachel is passionate about pursuing biblical studies to prepare for teaching and sharing the gospel. Her ultimate goal is to guide others in their spiritual formation and live a life fulfilled in Christ.
